PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Terry Guen Design Associates, landscape architect for Chicago’s Millennium Park, was selected as project master designer for both IDOT and the City of Rockford projects. TGDA’s design vision for Rockford, is to create a new type of park, one which combines a high environmental function, as well as the boulevard and myriad offerings for people, into a grand sculptural, visually aesthetic place.
